Training & development
We see training and developing our staff as a key and integral part of Eleanor’s success. Investing in our people has helped our business grow from a small company into a large employer, employing over 1,000 individuals today.
As a key requirement, all new members of staff participate in our mandatory training, which incorporates all the modules in the Care certificate. To further satisfy the requirement set out in the framework governing the Care certificate, our in-house trainer and senior care staff serve as mentors for the inductees during the first twelve weeks. They also provide new care staff with all the necessary guidance on best practice.
Our in-house trainer and senior care staff are not only there for the first 12 weeks of your employment, but are available on an ongoing basis to provide support and guidance throughout your entire career with Eleanor.
