Private ambulance support
People with medical issues or restricted mobility can find it difficult to do things most people take for granted, such as visiting family or friends, or going for a well-deserved short break or holiday.
Our specialist private ambulance support enables people to maintain their quality of life and enjoy activities by providing high quality care and supervision, supported by appropriate equipment. This care can be delivered on a 24-hour basis if needed and we can also supply specialist nurses, to ensure complete safety and peace of mind.
Our expertise means we are also capable of providing a fast, efficient response and tailored support for both planned activities or emergency situations (for example when someone is away from home in the UK, or on holiday abroad, and medical conditions necessitate specialist support to return home, or for repatriation.
We can also assist with more complex travel arrangements, such as moving house. This may require moving clients’ beds, medical equipment and personal items, as well as providing carers with safe and secure transport (if needed).
Features of our service include:
- trained ambulance personnel
- nurses and trained carers, if required
- specialist equipment
- vehicles adapted for all mobility and medical needs
- vehicles adapted to move clients’ medical equipment
- storage facilities in our warehousing facility.
Through our sister companies, we can also provide home care services for clients, so that people with mobility or health needs can continue to enjoy an independent life at home, and we also have residential homes providing services to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia and/or other complex needs.
