Staff from Eleanor Care’s began supporting Frances Kenny a couple of years ago, after she suffered a broken hip.
She recovered from the injury but has continued to use the service, as she has a balance disorder that makes it difficult for her to go up and down stairs.
Now Frances receives two visits a day from members of the Eleanor Care team, in the morning and at night.
They help her to get dressed and undressed, get into and out of bed and to shower, as well as supporting her to go downstairs in the morning and upstairs at night.
Frances is able to make her own drinks and meals and her daughter helps her with housework and other chores. She says she is “pleased” with Eleanor Care’s service and would recommend it to other people.
