We cannot express highly enough the level of care and support that our mum and our family have received whilst she was at Conewood Manor.
The staff were excellent, friendly and approachable. They all treated mum with respect and dignity, we were kept informed at all times and knew that she was being watched constantly.
We were able to sit with her all day and drink lots of cups of tea, which were brought to us regularly.

Every single member of staff always greeted me warmly when I arrived and were always asking if there was anything I needed in support of my brother, to whom they were always very caring and compassionate. Lovely room, surroundings and garden, where he received the best possible care, always making sure he was clean, fed and made comfortable. I was always kept informed and I am just so glad he was there for the last few weeks of his life. I thoroughly recommend it
