Digital Marketing Assistant

The Opportunity
We are now seeking a like-minded, enthusiastic digital marketer to join us as we move into the next phase of our evolution in demonstrating the value of digital marketing. Reporting into the Senior managers team, the role will suit an individual with previous experience digital marketing who is looking to take their knowledge and responsibilities to the next level.
The successful candidate will have excellent opportunity to develop professional with wide ranging real responsibility. This is an excellent role for someone adaptable, who is keen to drive change and improvement in Eleanor’s continuously evolving entrepreneurial environment.

  • Role responsibilities

  • • Create visual designs using a range of media types, including digital presentations, promotional videos.

    • Promote digital design and the use within Eleanor whilst maintaining and strengthening brand consistency.

    • Work closely with the Senior managers team and our internal stakeholders to translate ideas and written content into compelling designs that enhance our clients’ experience and support Lockton’s marketing goals.

    • Effectively articulate ideas, communicate and collaborate throughout all design stages, taking feedback and input from stakeholders.

    • Ensure that design and creative projects are delivered on time, to our standards of excellence.

    • Source images and maintain image libraries that are up-to-date and reflective of the Eleanor brand.

    • Be a proactive innovator and creative problem solver, who is very technically savvy and quick to identify and pick up new software and promote to the business.

  • Responsibilities

    • Email marketing
    • • Create and send email campaigns on behalf of multiple stakeholders and monitor their results
    • • Create A/B tests of campaigns to test a variety of content, subject lines, CTAs and layouts
    • • Undertake regular reporting of campaigns and present what is working and what isn’t
    • • Monitor Group website score and make sure we are doing all we can to cleanse our data and keep a high authority score
    • • Help build automated email workflows for optimal business impact
    • Graphic design
    • • Design and develop company product catalogues, magazine adverts, brochures, promotional leaflets, direct mail collateral, advertising templates and designs
    • • Design and develop exhibition panel artwork, stands, event support materials - catalogues
    • • Creation of social media assets, images, gif and animations, website assets, digital advertising assets, e-shots, digital personalised catalogues
    • • Design and develop sales support materials based on customer requirements
    • • Assist in organising product photography shoots when new products are introduced and take photos
    • • Understanding business/task/project objectives to create a design in line with the strategy and best practice
    • • Liaise with suppliers and get quotes for new concepts
    • • Undertake competitor and partners visual identity research and analysis
    • Analytics and reporting
    • • Own regular reporting of the group website and update various teams with personalised reports for their line of business
    • • Report on the effectiveness of web content and use analytics platforms to help make suggestions on what we produce
    • • Track and forecast trends and successes in Eleanor content, user experience on site and email campaigns
    • SEO
    • • Understand SEO application and use our SEO platform to look for opportunities for pages
    • • Undertake regular site audits to understand what needs to be done in terms of site maintenance
    • • Liaise with stakeholders and own backlink outreach strategy to help generate more links to our website
    • • Assist senior managers team in developing an inbound marketing strategy to help increase demand for Eleanor services
    • • Help to build content strategy around customer journey workflows for demand generation campaigns
    • Website maintenance
    • • Work with other stakeholders to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.
    • • Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations.
    • • Keep the group websites update with latest events and newsletters.
    • • Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices.

    Experience / Skills

    • To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in a Digital Marketing environment, along with experience using Photoshop and illustrator. It would be an advantage if you also had experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with social media marketing and reporting.
    • You will need to have strong copywriting and editing skills, along with a creative eye.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in this role is a must, along with a good understanding of SEO and marketing principles.
    • You will be working form our head office based in Lee green (walking distance from Lee and Black heath stations) and expected to travel to our offices and care homes around the country.
    • Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Expected to work outside working hours if required.
