  • We are seeking for an experienced individual to take up the HR Administrator position. The position will be based in our Head office located at 1st Floor, Leegate House, Burnt Ash Road, London, SE12 8RG.

    The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting in various HR-related tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions and maintaining accurate employee records.

  • Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Coordinating new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
    • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining data confidentiality.
    • Preparing HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
    • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Managing training records and tracking employee development progress.
    • Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and confidentially.
    • Escalating complex issues to HR management when necessary.
    • Utilizing HR software and systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
    • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

    Experience / Skills

    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a related administrative role.
    • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
