Specialising in dementia care, our team understands the importance of dementia friendly activities and creating individual, catered engagement and support for our residents.

We take pride in ensuring we know each residents life history, so that we are able to encourage positive reminiscence, which helps to foster a safe and supportive environment- inside and out, ensuring comfortability.

Our work to improve is a continuous process, we provide our staff with the ability to have access to a plethora of training opportunities in relation to their own development goals.

We also promote a staff champions programme, involving all staff members specialising in and promoting specific elements of care; such as dementia care, engagement, art therapy and highly specialised programmes. Practice of this programme ensures that all of our staff are able to gain advice and support from each other, sharing expertise, enabling us to keep our practice up-to-date and to a standard where we are able to deliver outstanding appropriate care.
