We offer an excellent patient transport experience for our passengers, delivering as a priority a high standard of care. Patients are supported by our highly skilled technicians, drivers and driver assistants, who are trained to ambulance transport industry standards in first aid, manual handling, oxygen therapy, paediatric care and suction as standard.
To meet the wide-ranging needs of our passengers, we offer patient transport vehicles including saloon cars, ambulances with wheelchair-securing facilities, stretcher vehicles and high dependency units. To optimise efficiency and communications, we have in place state-of-the-art control systems and software to deliver hospital and medical transport services based on real time information.
All our patient transport vehicles operate with appropriate staff and equipment. As well as driving, our experienced ambulance and medical transport teams are fully trained in lifting and moving patients into, out of and within vehicles, making sure they are safe and comfortable during their journey and arrive on time for their appointments.
For higher dependency needs, we provide the support of emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics. Support staff may also include Registered General Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses and health care assistants, as required, supplied by Eleanor Care.
The quality and scope of our ambulance and medical transport services are recognised by clients including major NHS hospital trusts, private hospitals, councils, minibus shuttle services, embassies, private hospitals, day care centres and insurance companies, who we assist with patient transport services locally, within the UK and overseas.
