I have nothing but praise for the quality of care that my mother received during her time a Conewood. It had been recommended by a friend, but it still exceeded my expectations. The transition was smooth and my mother was treated with such compassion and kindness by the staff that she often believed herself to be in a top hotel. Her room was bright and attractive and there were large, airy sitting rooms in which to enjoy the wide range of activities; everything from armchair yoga to floristry. Children from the local nursery used to visit and older children played the piano or sang during impromptu concerts. The overall ambience was warm and friendly and my mother ended her days with dignity.
