Overall Experience
5.0 out of 5
The care home is clean.
The only issue I have is at the weekends my father is left in the bed and not changed, if he’s changed it’s 3:00 in the afternoon.
There are a lot less staff at weekends.
And you can always spot the lazy staff there are two or three of them.
All the rest of the staff are absolutely brilliant.

Our mother was here for 3 months for end-of-life care and the staff were so lovely, Mum praised them so much, nothing was too much trouble and she knew most of them on first-name terms.
She always enjoyed meal times and conversations with the staff.
