We cannot express highly enough the level of care and support that our mum and our family have received whilst she was at Conewood Manor.
The staff were excellent, friendly and approachable. They all treated mum with respect and dignity, we were kept informed at all times and knew that she was being watched constantly.
We were able to sit with her all day and drink lots of cups of tea that were brought to us regularly. Thank you all for making this experience bearable.
