Friday 14^th, May 2021 marked a decade of providing care at Poole. A champagne celebration was held for the team by Marc Santhi, CEO, James Filkins, the Business Development Director, and Jean-Marc Flambert, Communications Director. Poole’s Manager Kathy Vasquez, who has been with the company for 12 years, thanked all the carers for their hard work and dedication.

Poole is Eleanor’s first branch outside London, and it created the model for growth and development outside London. The Poole Branch started with an office on Ashley Road in 2011, then moved to the Parkstone Road office in 2014. It is one of the largest branch offices, with three storeys.
