“My mum has been a resident at Conewood Manor Care Home for three years and I have been very happy with the care she has received here. My mum has mixed dementia and various other physical and mental health problems which at times can be extremely challenging to deal with. The staff have learnt how to do deal with her needs and manage them so incredibly well! She is happy and content and treated with kindness, respect and good humour, which she appreciates. They let me know of any changes regarding Mum and whenever I need to email or speak to them, they always take the time to answer immediately and explain and reassure me should I have any concerns. Mum tested positive twice during the Covid pandemic, so it was an extremely worrying time but with the efficiency of everyone at Conewood Manor, who worked selflessly and relentlessly hard, keeping everyone as safe as possible, I am happy to say she is well and happy. Thank you”.

Hartley House, based in Cranbrook, Kent has achieved 9.7!

“My mother-in-law was taken into Hartley House under pathway 3 and we immediately knew we had struck gold. All the staff that we had any communication with were outstanding, nothing was too much bother. I know that her needs were complex, and she took up a disproportionate amount of time, but that didn’t faze the staff. A huge thank you to each and every staff member”.

Pine Lodge, based in Kent has achieved 9.2!

“My father has been at Pine Lodge since Spring 2019. During that time, he has been very well looked after. I live quite a distance away and cannot visit as often as I would like so I have to rely on the staff to give him the care he needs. They certainly do.

Dad was ill before Christmas, and I spent a lot of time with him. It was very evident that he receives excellent care and love from the staff. They are so kind and obviously have a good relationship with him. Staff keep me informed and, because visiting can be difficult, do their best to make sure that I can spend time with him when I am there. He is safe, well cared for and loved. What more can I ask for?”

Rose House, based in Gillingham scored 8.2!

Here is the latest review on the Rose House profile:

“Providing activities at Rose House for a number of years has been a pleasure for me as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming from everyone who works and lives there. The residents always seem very happy and chatty; they look out for each other and seem to have a strong bond between them. It shows that the staff care very much about their residents and a lot of staff have been there for several years. There is a good sense of space with two very large living rooms for residents to choose from and the areas are always kept spotlessly clean. A good range of day to day activities and varied menus are always displayed on notice boards. Staff and management worked tirelessly to keep residents protected and happy during the most challenging months of Covid-19.

Well done to all the staff and management at Rose House, you are doing a great job and hopefully, there are happy months ahead now that many restrictions have been lifted”
