Chief Pharmacists – Designing your hospital and pharmacy fluid service

Graham Walsh

What is a Hospital Supply Chain Design?

Hospital Supply Chain Design (HSCD) or ‘strategic supply chain planning’ is the process for building and modelling the hospital supply chain to understand the pharmacy teams requirements, costs and time to bring a newly adapted service to reality and ‘go live’.

At Eleanor, we understand where you want to get to on your journey and the results you want to achieve. We then design your optimum hospital supply chain, outline the planning required, the implementation phase and the controls we put in place to deliver and monitor supply chain operations from the point-of-origin to the point-of-consumption.
