KNOWING, VALUING, AND CHALLENGING THE SERVICE USER: A CARER’S STORY

Hanh Nguyen

Here is Ngoran Darius Koua, an Eleanor Carer, from Croydon. He was assigned a Service User who had been sleeping rough for 10 years. Darius had only recently started a career in care after working as a chef at the Hilton Hotel. He eagerly took on the challenge.

He was personally thanked by our CEO Marc Santhi, for embodying our value of Knowing, Valuing, and Challenging the Service User.

We know that such stories of care are common in the Eleanor Family. We are interested in letting the world know. Write to us on: [email protected]
