• Earn £500 per referral, paid in two installments after your referral completes 6 months in care home capacity or 250 hours in home care capacity*.

• All employees** can refer someone they know to join Eleanor as a carer.

• This referral programme is for all carer roles across Eleanor.

• Every Monday you will receive an email with your unique QR code and link.

• Submit your referral by filling out the form.
