Location: London

Eleanor Nursing and Social Care is part of the Eleanor Healthcare Group, an organisation whose mission is to “set the standard in care” and “to be a voice for carers”. We are an army of 1,300 people who wake up every morning with a focus to make people’s lives happier and fulfilled. We offer over 80,000 hours of care a week and we also run the logistics across 15 hospitals (7 NHS Trusts). We are growing, we are stable, and we are looking for talented individuals to strengthen our team.

A Care Assistant – We aim to be flexible with your work availability needs and to pair you with local service users (clients). You are expected to forge a close relationship with them and be their voice and support for all aspects of their life. The council presents a plan, and we refine that plan (outlines how we will support the individual). Your role is to carry out the plan as described, on time. In addition, you are responsible for his / her complete care. This means you need to alert us of any additional needs, changing needs, or concerns. We will train you to spot abuse, identify fire or other risks.

COVID-19 considerations: Full PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) gloves, aprons and hand sanitiser will be provided.

Location: You must live within a commutable distance from our offices and be willing to use public transport or your own transport to visit our service users (customers) homes.
